1. Who handles your data
FGC controls owner-account, service administration, billing, and security data. A business using PorThorOS controls the employee, customer, patient, transaction, and compliance data it enters; FGC processes that data to provide the service.
2. Data we collect
We may collect identity and contact details, organization and store information, roles and permissions, device and session identifiers, security logs, support messages, and business records submitted through PorThorOS.
3. Why we use it
We use data to create and secure accounts, provide requested features, support users, prevent fraud, maintain audit records, meet legal duties, and improve reliability. Processing relies on contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests, or consent where required.
4. Sharing and transfers
We disclose only what is necessary to contracted service providers, professional advisers, or authorities when required by law. Cross-border transfers, if used, must have safeguards required by applicable law.
5. Retention and security
Data is kept while the account is active and for any additional period required for legal, tax, audit, dispute, or security purposes, then deleted or anonymized. We use access controls, encryption where appropriate, and activity logging.
6. Your rights
Subject to Thai law, you may request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability; withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; and complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee.
7. Cookies and contact
PorThorOS uses essential session and security cookies to keep accounts signed in and protect requests. On this public website, optional Google Analytics cookies are used only after your consent to understand visits and improve content. Google may process device, usage, and approximate location data. You can reject or change this choice at any time using Analytics settings. To ask a privacy question or exercise a right, contact FGC at the registered address above.
8. Optional PT reporting emails
The free PT27/PT28 generator keeps report entries in your browser. If you separately choose email updates, we use Resend to store your signup email, language, and consent/confirmation details and to send a confirmation email. We send PT reporting tips and PorThorOS product updates only after confirmation. Report entries are not included. You can unsubscribe through the link in update emails or request deletion at hello@porthoros.com.
