Terms of Service
1. The service
PorThorOS provides business operations, staff access, inventory, compliance, and point-of-sale tools. These terms apply when you create or use a business account.
2. Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, assign access only to authorized staff, and use the service in accordance with Thai law and your business licences.
3. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, bypass security controls, access another business’s data, introduce malicious code, or use PorThorOS for unlawful activity.
4. Service and data
You remain responsible for the business data you enter and for maintaining any records required by law. We may maintain, secure, update, suspend, or restrict the service when reasonably necessary.
5. Liability and termination
The service is provided with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, FGC is not liable for indirect losses or losses caused by unauthorized use, incorrect data, or third-party services. Either party may end use of the service subject to outstanding legal and contractual duties.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Questions or formal notices may be sent to FGC at the registered address above.
