Starter covers checkout, stock, shifts, PT records and 30 days of business analytics. Shop extends analytics history to 90 days. Pro includes full available analytics history and connects branch transfers, pricing, administration and reporting. Tell us how your shop works and we’ll help you choose.
What can I use during launch?
All plans currently include available features and all available analytics history. The 30-day and 90-day windows describe the intended package scope after launch. We’ll confirm your package and access with you before setup.
Are older records deleted after 30 or 90 days?
No. These windows describe how far back you can explore business analytics. They do not set a deletion date for sales, stock, PT27/PT28 or audit records, or change record exports. Pro includes all analytics history available in your account.
Does a subscription include hardware or medical services?
These prices are for PorThorOS software. POS hardware and clinical services are separate arrangements. Tell us if you need help with devices, importing existing data or setup, and we’ll confirm the work and any additional cost first.
How do I start or change my package?
Choose a package enquiry button to open LINE with its name and price already filled in. We’ll discuss your branches, show the relevant workflow and confirm the next steps. For a package change, contact the same team to agree the price and access before making the change.
Do I need to pay to use the PT27/PT28 generator?
No. The browser-based form generator stays free and does not require an account. A POS package connects records to stock receiving and sales as your shop works; the free tool lets you enter and print the forms yourself.
Does PorThorOS issue prescriptions or submit my reports?
PorThorOS records and checks PT33 documents; it does not issue prescriptions. PT27/PT28 records are prepared for your team to review and export. These plans do not promise automatic submission to DTAM.
