PT27 records the source and quantity of controlled cannabis flower kept by the licensed establishment. Use the receiving date, supplier licence and name, cultivation area when relevant, and dried-flower quantity from your inbound records.
Official DTAM reporting formsPT28 records controlled cannabis flower used at or supplied from the establishment. Each row needs the transaction date, recipient details, purpose, relevant licence information, and dried-flower quantity.
Understand the PT27 / PT28 record trailPT33 is a medical cannabis prescription issued by an authorized practitioner after a medical assessment. It is separate from PT27/PT28 reporting and cannot be generated here. Cannabox MD offers medical review; prescription approval is not guaranteed.
