How to add and pair a POS browser

A new POS remains blocked until its assigned browser completes one-use pairing.

  1. Open Settings › POS devices and choose Add POS.
  2. Enter POS name, choose Store, then choose Add POS.
  3. On the Not activated device, choose Pair device.
  4. Open the Activation link or scan the QR code on the checkout browser.
  5. Confirm the store and POS, then choose Connect this device.
  6. Return to the pairing panel and choose Done.
How to replace the browser on an active POS

Remove the old browser binding before pairing the replacement.

  1. Open Settings › POS devices.
  2. On the active device, choose Remove binding and confirm.
  3. Choose Pair device when the status returns to Not activated.
  4. Complete activation on the replacement browser and choose Done.
What to do when a POS device is lost

Revoke a lost device immediately so its browser binding is no longer trusted.

  1. Open Settings › POS devices.
  2. Find the active device and choose Lost device.
  3. Confirm Immediately revoke this lost device.
  4. Create or pair a replacement only after revocation succeeds.
