Pair POS browsers, manage lost devices, and configure receipt printing.

How to add and pair a POS browser
A new POS remains blocked until its assigned browser completes one-use pairing.
- Open Settings › POS devices and choose Add POS.
- Enter POS name, choose Store, then choose Add POS.
- On the Not activated device, choose Pair device.
- Open the Activation link or scan the QR code on the checkout browser.
- Confirm the store and POS, then choose Connect this device.
- Return to the pairing panel and choose Done.
How to replace the browser on an active POS
Remove the old browser binding before pairing the replacement.
- Open Settings › POS devices.
- On the active device, choose Remove binding and confirm.
- Choose Pair device when the status returns to Not activated.
- Complete activation on the replacement browser and choose Done.
What to do when a POS device is lost
Revoke a lost device immediately so its browser binding is no longer trusted.
- Open Settings › POS devices.
- Find the active device and choose Lost device.
- Confirm Immediately revoke this lost device.
- Create or pair a replacement only after revocation succeeds.
Receipt printers
How to configure receipt printing
Choose the branch’s printing method in Settings › Receipt. A saved configuration is not proof that a physical printer has printed successfully.
- Open Settings › Receipt and choose the branch.
- Set Printing method to match the installed printer setup.
- For Epson ePOS over Wi-Fi, enter the Epson HTTPS hostname and use Test Epson connection.
- Set Paper size, Feed after receipt, and Auto-cut receipt as appropriate, then choose Save receipt.
- Print a copy of an existing receipt and check the paper width, text, feed, and cut on the actual printer.
