Patients & PT33

Cannabox MD handles the patient-facing prescription intake and practitioner handoff; PorThorOS keeps the approved patient and PT33 connected to checkout and branch records.

1. A branch starts a Cannabox MD request from Patients or its check-in screen.
2. PorThorOS creates a single-use patient link for Details & ID, Medical information, Consent & signature.
3. The patient submits the request for licensed practitioner review.
4. An authorized clinician reviews the private intake in Compliance › Prescriptions and approves, requests more information, or rejects it.
5. When approved, PorThorOS creates the patient and PT33 once, then checkout checks its status and remaining allowance.

Start the secure medical handoff from the patient workflow instead of collecting clinical answers at the counter.

1. Open Patients and choose Add customer.
2. Choose Start MD request; for an existing patient, choose View, open PT33, then choose Start prescription request.
3. Let the patient complete Details & ID, Medical information, and Consent & signature on their own device or the branch check-in device.
4. The patient chooses Submit for doctor review.
5. Track the request in Compliance › Prescriptions.

The handoff separates private clinical intake from the operational status a dispensary needs.

1. The patient provides identity, contact, medical information, ID or passport evidence, selfie, consent, and signature.
2. Authorized clinicians can review the private medical answers and documents in Compliance.
3. The patient consents to sharing their name, contact details, and prescription status with the branch for fulfillment.
4. PorThorOS records the approved PT33 number, dates, allowance, and consent provenance on the patient record.
5. Checkout uses only the permitted patient, PT33, and remaining-allowance context.

Create the operational patient in Patients; clinical verification and PT33 issuance stay in Compliance.

1. Open Patients and choose Add customer.
2. Enter the required identity and contact details.
3. Choose Save patient only when no intake handoff is required.
4. Search for the patient and choose View.

Use the private Customer record to review provenance, prescription, allowance, and connected sales.

1. Search Patients by name, phone, passport, PT33, or group.
2. Choose View on the patient.
3. Open PT33 to review status and remaining allowance.
4. Open Sales to review connected purchases.

Use groups for a clear operational purpose and an optional checkout note.

1. Open Patients and choose Manage groups.
2. Create the group name and checkout note.
3. Add the required customers.
4. Save the group.

Only an authorized clinician in Compliance can turn signed Cannabox MD intake into an operational patient and PT33.

1. Open Compliance › Prescriptions and open the patient intake request.
2. Review the intake, consent, identity evidence, and attachments.
3. Set Decision to Approve and issue PT33.
4. Confirm Identity document and selfie and enter PT33 number and allowance.
5. Choose Save clinical decision.
