Should I use the browser tool or Back Office export?
The public PT27 / PT28 tools use records you enter manually. Back Office ledger exports use the operational records available to your account.
- Use PT27 / PT28 tools when preparing a report manually from your source records.
- Use Compliance › Ledger in Back Office when exporting recorded PorThorOS movements for a selected month.
- Reconcile either output with your source documents before using it.

Complete the report header and rows, then use the browser print window to print or save a PDF.
- Open PT27 / PT28 tools and select PT27 or PT28.
- Enter the reporting month and year, province, licence holder, and licence number.
